Very much enjoyed working with Zach. Every single time I have spoken with him, he exhibited kindness and professionalism. He treated my file with upmost importance, updating me throughout process, which I love. I personally despise paperwork and thought this process would be a lot of busy work. My husband and I just moved to Schenectady and found this place when walking by. I went for the first time this evening with my aunt and uncle and completely loved it! The food is amazingly delicious the owner/chef, Reza, is lovely; and the ambience is beautiful. We will definitely be back soon!

My mortgage was a challenge due to short timeline from the seller. While in progress, our area received Stay at Home orders due to Covid virus. Zach and the Homebridge crew got the mortgage completed on time, at a great rate and overcame all obstacles. Excellent customer service and communication made this the easiest mortgage process ever.

The Homebridge team was very professional and treated my wife and I with great dignity and respect. Zach was quite efficient in explaining how the financing work when buying a house and both my wife and I were appreciative of that information. It helped us to budget more closely our spending habits and be disciplined. The Homebridge team was also patient with us because we didn’t know a whole lot about buying a home because it was our first time. My family hired Albie (owner) to build and install cabinets at our rental property. What a disaster and disappointment!!! We provided a substantial deposit and The install still has not taken place after being numerous months late. We are not even sure if the cabinets are built, as Albie won't even let us see them.
